Practical Prose of Harry Potter #24
“Every great wizard in history started out as nothing more than we are now: students. If they can do it, why not us?” (Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix, 2007)
In every pursuit, the individual starts at the beginning. Michael Jordan didn’t start out as a top NBA prospect. He started out playing basketball against his brothers and getting cut from the high school team. I find it helpful to learn about people who have pursued similar paths of that which we want to follow. We should inspire ourselves that if it’s been done before, it can be done again.
