Practical Prose of Harry Potter #29

“I never realized how beautiful this place was.” (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, 2009)

The trio have had enough to deal with every year that it is forgivable if they’ve never had a mindful moment, basking in and appreciating the beauty of Hogwarts. Harry seems to be perpetually focused on a mission so seeing him focused on the present and the beauty before him is a reminder to step back and feel gratitude. Have an appreciation for the place we are in, throughout its duration, not just at the end.
